Junior Legal Counsel

The Role

Support legal strategy, performance, legal risk management and compliance in alignment with head of legal in country and relevant E2E colleagues, in particular:

• Ensure compliance with global SX policies 
• Support all legal aspects of in-country energy projects 
• Review and negotiate a wide variety of in-country contracts for all SX functions 
• Support a wide variety of legal matters for local team including employment, property, etc. 
• Support drafting and negotiation of global contracts 
• Corporate governance support for Italy and other SX jurisdictions (including updating diligent entities) 
• Report to Head of Legal in country

• Ability to develop strong positive relationships and effectively manage a diverse range of global internal and external stakeholders
