O&M Supervisor

The O&M Supervisor is an integral part of the Operations Team for Italy, reporting to the O&M Supervisor Team Leader. This role is crucial for ensuring that the guidelines established by the Head of Operations in Italy are successfully implemented. The candidate will manage operations and maintenance services for Sonnedix plants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Sonnedix standards. They will provide technical expertise to lead the maintenance of plants, ensuring conformity to contractual, manufacturer, and existing national and local building codes.

The O&M Supervisor plays a key role in enforcing and maintaining all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and protocols, in line with local regulations and Sonnedix norms and policies. They will coordinate subcontractors and third-party service providers, supervise preventive, corrective, predictive, and conditional maintenance of various equipment, and manage on-site tests. The O&M Supervisor will also inform the O&M Team Leader of any potential risks, provide technical support to the O&M team, and support business cases related to technical plant investments.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in electrical engineering
• Experience in the renewable sector
• Hands-on experience with onsite solar PV plants maintenance
• Familiarity with design and construction processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote control systems (SCADAs)
