Grid Connection Manager / Manager Raccordement

The Role

The France Grid Manager reports to the Director of Development France. They are responsible for supporting the development of projects in France. They manage aspects related to the connection of photovoltaic, wind, and storage plants to the public distribution and transmission network.

The role involves providing technical support on electrical connection issues to regional managers, development project managers, and engineering and construction project managers. This includes modeling and evaluating connection capacities, making strategic recommendations, and overseeing the development of HV substations. This position requires close collaboration with network operators and representing the company in various commissions and working groups.

Desired Skills:

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in electrical engineering
• Successful professional experience with a network operator, an engineering firm, or in the field of HV installations
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders (network operators)
• Proficiency in French and English
• Possession of a category B driving license

Le ou la Responsable Raccordement rapporte à la Directrice du Développement France. Il ou elle est chargé(e) de soutenir le développement des projets en France. Il/elle gère les aspects liés au raccordement des parcs photovoltaïques, éoliens et de stockage au réseau public de distribution et de transport d’électricité.

Le rôle consiste à fournir un support technique sur les problématiques de raccordement électrique aux responsables territoriaux, aux chefs de projets développement et aux chefs de projets ingénierie et construction, notamment modéliser et évaluer les capacités de raccordement, émettre des recommandations stratégiques et piloter le développement de sous-stations HTB. Ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les gestionnaires de réseaux électriques et la représentation de l'entreprise lors de diverses commissions et groupes de travail.

Compétences souhaitées :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master universitaire (Bac+5) avec une spécialisation en génie électrique 
• Expérience professionnelle réussie chez un gestionnaire de réseau, un bureau d’études ou dans le domaine des installations HTB 
• Capacité à communiquer avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes (gestionnaires de réseaux) 
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais 
• Permis B
