SR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (all genders)
SEGMENT: DISTRIBUTED GENERATION
LOCATION: EUROPE
YOU WILL…
- Expand and support partnerships and cooperations for LONGi in assigned region
- Develop trusted relationships with existing and potential customers
- Acquisition of new customers, negotiate new cooperations from lead generation to the final deal
- Interact and influence market stakeholders
- Create market and competition analysis as well as business plans to determine market and partner potential
- Attend and speak on national and international events, exhibition, and other activities, promote the company brand and the increase brand recognition on the market
- Represent the company as speaker in front of the clients
- Gather customers’ needs on products and services, give feedback to HQ
- Business travel to visit existing and potential clients in assigned region
- Work collaboratively with the sales managers to ensure new clients are onboarded successfully
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service center, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel
YOU NEED…
- Minimum 5-8 years business development experience in renewable energy industry or real estate or warehousing or similar industries
- Solid understanding of solar business, market knowledge and product knowledge
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills
- Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements
- Proven and consistent track record of new business development
- Business fluency in English, other local language is a plus
- Competency in office software tools
