Responsibilities：

•    Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
•    Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
•    Monitor product performance and proactively address any issues.   
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
•    Conduct regular team meetings and provide training to the team members as needed.
•    Prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or above
•    Fundamental knowledge of PV modules , with knowledge of system integration basics preferred
•    Fluency in English, other European languages or Chinese will be a plus
•    Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills
•    Able to work under pressure and with different cultures
•    Strong teamwork spirit and ability to communicate with several different departments
•    Experience in post-delivery claims management is a plus
     Willing to travel as required
