YOU WILL...

• Expand LONGi Solar’s sales network by identifying, pitching and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers in large scale segment in Italy.
• Lead commercial efforts in assigned region, including formulation of the sales contract negotiation and contract confirmation.
• Assess and establish contact with potential buyers of LONGi Solar products, deepen and expand relationships and business with existing partners/customers.
• Implement and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategy.
• Focus on monocrystalline silicon module sales, pipeline development and fostering relationships among Utility clients.
• Build and implement sales strategies appropriate for the assigned business segments.
• Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After-Sales support.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams including marketing, technical service center, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders.
• May occasionally be involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing.
• Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel

YOU NEED...

• Prior solar modules sales and key account management experience Italy
• Solid understanding of solar large scale and EPC business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and result-driven capability
• Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements
• Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfillment)
• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in solar industry
• Proven track record in closing transactions
• Business fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
• Competency in office software tools
